SRS Portfolio - 31 May 2026
Post the divestment of UMS Integration, I received the following dividends closer to end of May:
- UMS $800
- Frasers Centrepoint Trust $2,804
- Suntec $968
The portfolio reached a high of $623,188 but is sitting on a large pile of cash, $257,431 or 41% to be exact.
Will need to think hard on how to deploy this cash better.
The portfolio IRR since inception now sits closer to 8%. I have yet to make my SRS contribution for 2026, which will drag the returns down once I make that contribution.
Hope this blog inspires you to do something with your SRS portfolio. You see that an annual contribution to SRS not just help you save some taxes but it can actually enhance your retirement nest egg over time if you are able to compound at a decent rate.
Happy SRSing
