SRS Portfolio - 30 April 2021

A blink and one month has passed and community cases are on the rise . . . alamak.

Nothing much to update on my SRS portfolio as there had been no trades since my last post on 21 March 2021 but Frasers Centerpoint Trust announced a DPU of 5.996 Singapore cents for the period from 1 Oct 2020 to 31 March 2021. Based on my 20,000 units, the distribution will be $1,199 and it will be paid on 28 May 2021. It is a pretty nice set of numbers as the increase year on year was around 28.4%.

Frasers Centerpoint Trust went "XD" on 30 April 2021 and the portfolio is now showing a gain of $4,782

I will continue to hold on to these 2 counters and am hoping to deploy the $258,395 cash into more REITs or technology related stocks. 

In the meantime, I have recently refreshed the look and feel of the Singapore IPOs blog and will be doing the same to my SRS blog.
