SRS Portfolio - 28 Sep 2024

The SRS Portfolio had a relatively more active month where it receives $3,957 from the following distributions:

• $766 from Suntec REIT
• $763 from AIMS APAC REIT
• $1,225 from Daiwa Logistics Trust
• $1,204 from Lendlease REIT

No major portfolio news except that Andy Luong, CEO of UMS Innovation continued to show confidence in his company by buying shares from the open market at $0.9825 on 12 Sep 2024. He now holds a stake of 15.34%. 

The portfolio loss (before dividends) continues to narrow to 2.3% and the NAV (including dividend) reaches $439,874.

The total annual SRS contribution since 2006 amounted to $258,825 and using the latest portfolio NAV, the IRR is around 5.9%.
