SRS Portfolio - 4 Sep 2022

Portfolio as of 4 Sep 2022


Since my last update on 21 Aug 2022, the SRS Portfolio received $1,209.50 dividends from Suntec REIT and interest income of $4. The portfolio value remains stable at $384,707 with cash making up $116,757 (30%).
Anyway, it feels quite incredible that we are already in the final 4 months of 2021 and Singapore is really benefiting from the re-opening ahead of its Asian rivals with soaring prices for air tickets and accommodation! 

I will be travelling quite a bit as well (having made a few trips already) and the redesign and construction of Changi Airport Terminal 5 bodes well for the future of Singapore.


No major news announced by the companies in the portfolio other than AIMS and Frasers Centrepoint Trust sharing some of the investors slides. I just highlight one slide from each presentation.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust - Tenants' sales have now recovered above pre-covid levels.



and AIMS continues to demonstrate growth through acquisitions.
