SRS Portfolio - 31 Dec 2023 + Happy New Year!

Since my last update, the SRS portfolio received the following distributions:

• UMS Holdings - $420
• AIMS APAC REIT - $786

For the entire 2023, the income received was $15,227 and the portfolio gained 9% and ended the year at $403,158.

If I exclude the $15,300 contribution for 2023, it is an increase of 8.1% from the portfolio value as of 31 Dec 2022. (Read last year's post here)

On reflection, it wasn't an active year for the SRS Portfolio. I was guilty of neglecting it but in a way, was glad that it hit a new high of $403,158.
