SRS Portfolio - 27 April 2024

SRS Portfolio acquired two new positions two weeks back, only to see the REITs crash the following week 😆 Can never time the market well! :

• 35,000 Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust at 1.04
• 68,000 Lendlease REIT at 0.57

One of you saw my US positions and asked how to buy US stocks from SRS. You can only do it via platforms that allow you to use SRS to buy US unit trust or ETFs (such as Endowus). I am building a global portfolio over time, hoping to compound this portfolio at 8% annually. The portfolio value currently stands at US$14k, still a long way to go 😆
