SRS Portfolio - 10 Oct 2020
In my two posts, I mentioned that I would "re-price" my entry in Lendlease and Suntec as i bought them at a higher price. I missed the chance with Suntec when the price ran up and this week, the price "collapsed" when it announced that it will be acquiring office properties in London. 😂
I sold my position in Lendlease Global Commercial REIT at 69.5 cents for a slight profit and that was after receiving $1,758 in dividends in Sep. I will re-look this position again later if the U.S. elections generate some volatility to our local market.
The sale of Lendlease increased my cash balance to $129,791. I am still looking at AEM Holdings but it hasn't hit my pricing yet.
