SRS Portfolio 30 July 2022 - New Position Added

Portfolio as of 30 July 2022

These are the updates to my SRS Portfolio

• Added 10,000 shares of AEM Holdings at 4.07 on 18 July 2022
• Received $350 of dividends from UMS Holdings on 27 July 2022
• Cash balance of $71,715 to be deployed

The portfolio also recovered in line with the market and the value as of 30 July 2022 is $384,465 (+3.55% higher than my last update)

I have been eyeing AEM Holdings for a while now and bought 10,000 shares of AEM at $4.07 on 18 July 2022 only to see it drop to $4 the next day. Thankfully it bounced off the support and has since recovered strongly to $4.36 last friday. Interesting to note that Aberdeen Asset Management is paring down its stake (5.95%) while EPF from Malaysia is picking them up (7.095%) in July. The Company will announce its half year results on 12 Aug 2022

Frasers Centrepoint Trust

FCT provided the Q3 update where it is riding on positive momentum with the opening up of Singapore from Covid.
