New Position Added + SRS Portfolio @ 8 Oct 2022

Q3 came to an end but the bloodshed doesn't seem to be ending.

The markets are in a funny conundrum - looking out for and welcoming bad news such as lower production numbers or higher unemployment claims to get some hints that Fed will stop raising interest rates. Well, the markets didn't get what they want last night and tumbled last night. Let's see how the local markets react on Monday.

Another 75bps rate hike coming ?

New Position Added - AEM Holdings 

SRS Portfolio added 12,000 shares of AEM Holdings at $3.98 per share on 4 Oct 2022. AEM has reported a nice set of numbers back in August, and I expect the momentum to be continue in 2022.

With Singapore Savings Bonds hitting a hight of 3.21% (unseen levels), it is even better than the CPF interest rates. Can we apply using our CPF OA instead? 😆 

If US Fed continues to hike the rate by another 75 bps, we are in for another rate hike here as well. Not sure whether to laugh or cry.
