SRS Portfolio 10 Sep 2023 + Early Christmas?

I received an early Christmas present this week. 

I was chasing my mortgage bank for the finalised fact sheets on the loans to be refinanced and to my surprise, she told me that they have lowered the fixed rate from 3.2% to 3.05%. 

Since this was totally unexpected, it was like a "windfall". Huat ah!  

SRS Portfolio

For the SRS portfolio, I took a defensive stance for AEM Holdings and took profit when it hit my "moving stop" at 3.45. 

I am taking a trading style position on AEM Holdings as it is highly volatile and the mixed outlook for the Company certainly is not helping.

The cash is back to $144,699 ...
