SRS Portfolio - 14 Jan 2024 & Should I use Endowus more?

SRS Portfolio as of 14 Jan 2024

January 2024 SRS portfolio value hit a high $404,252 (can't recall if i hit this level before) and the irony is that cash balance is sitting at $150,528. Given that the year has just started, I have nothing much to update at this time.

My Endowus account is now ready and I have been thinking how I should use it to augment my SRS retirement account.

My original intent was to deploy the spare cash into money market funds while waiting for investment opportunities on SGX. 

Having explored the website, I am thinking whether it makes sense to take a long term view of the market and deploy into ETFs or specific countries or sectors that I would like more exposure to regularly.

For example I can use the it to invest in S&P 500 ETF 

or if I am bullish on Europe, perhaps I can buy into the Allianz Europe Fund.

I will fund the account next week with $50,000 and figure my way out.  If you have been using Endowus for a while now, perhaps you can share how your experience has been!

Over the week, someone recommended the book below to me. The title is surely enough to tell you how I hope to live my life. 🤣 Let me tell you if it is indeed so after I have finished it.
