SRS Portfolio - A Good Friday

Since my last update, the SRS portfolio received a distribution of $1,305 from Daiwa Logistics Trust and the value as of 29 March 2024 is $393,073 with the cash sitting at more than $150,000.  

In view of the high cash balance, I "finally" hit the invest button in Endowus and put $50,000 into two money market funds, which should yield between 3.5% to 3.8%. The table below may not be reflective as Endowus decided to increase their fees from April onwards.
