SRS Portfolio - 24 May 2024

I bought 25,000 shares of UMS Holdings at $1.06 on 20 May and that brings my total position to 60,000 shares and brought down my average cost from $1.21 to $1.15 per share. 

UMS Holdings then reported on 20 May that its CEO, Andy Luong, bought $1.96m worth of shares, Stanely Loh (Financial Controller) bought 250,000 shares and abrdn plc also became a substantial shareholder at 5.124%. Well, that sends a strong signal to the market and the share price closed at $1.15 on 24 May 2024. 💪🏻  The Company also filed the minutes of the AGM that was held on 25 April 2024 and I am surprised to see engaged shareholders asking highly relevant questions at the AGM. 

SRS Portfolio also received a distribution of $770 from UMS on 23 May 2024 and that brings my cash (excluding Endowus) to $4,108. Perhaps it's about time to consider topping up my SRS account for 2024.

Global Portfolio

I bought a small position in AirBnB when its share price dropped after the results announcement. As a reminder, the global portfolio is buying shares in companies that I like for the long term. The value of the portfolio is now worth $20,134.
