SRS Portfolio - 31 May 2024 + NVIDIA's crushing it

How time flies - 6 months have flown past. Where has the time gone?

The SRS Portfolio had the following distributions since my last update:

• $755.50 from Suntec REIT
• $531.60 from Frasers Centrepoint Trust
• $0.95 interest income (excluding the accrued interest in Endowus)

There is no major portfolio news update.

Global Portfolio (Not SRS)

No change in portfolio composition. Nvidia and the 5 tech giants now command 30% of S&P500 Index. I have all in my portfolio except Microsoft, which I will likely accumulate some shortly (when the correction ends).

Major news from NVIDIA include:

• Company's financial metrics blew past Wall Street's expectations
• Nvidia is having a 10-for-1 stock split after the close of trading on June 7 and trading on split basis will start on June 10
• Dividend of 1 cent per share to be paid on June 28 (for shareholders who have the shares after market close on June 11)
• Meaning i will have 200 shares post the split - never had such excitement in Singapore 🤣
